Before working with Nipendo, Bazan’s AP team performed manual data-entry and validated paper invoices, which resulted in an abundance of errors. After deploying Nipendo’s platform across the Israeli supplier base, about 90% of invoices are processed automatically, after validations, straight through to the ERP system. Piles of printed documents is a thing of the past, as are lost invoices. Significant office real estate has been freed-up since archiving has turned digital. Both the AP team and 76% of the relevant suppliers who have onboarded to the platform now have full visibility into invoice data and payment status, resulting in faster and more accurate payment and improved supplier relations. Work processes have become more efficient and team members spend their time on more value-added activities and no longer perform manual data-entry. Accurate digital data is now available to be used for further analysis and validations.
