Maximizing Efficiency 89% of Invoices Processed Without Human Involvement
Nipendo’s Quality Management module automates communication around quality assurance, including defect messages and MRB (Material Review Board) processes. By leveraging Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Nipendo enforces process compliance and performs 4-way matching—automatically validating invoices only after QA approval. If an issue arises, the invoice is rejected or placed on hold, with clear guidance provided to suppliers on how to resolve the problem.
In the last 90 days, a Nipendo aerospace customer saw 6% of invoices rejected due to QA issues, while an impressive 89% of invoices were processed without any manual intervention. By automating procurement and quality assurance, aerospace
