Burlington, Massachusetts – July 29, 2015 – Kodak Alaris, a global technology firm that offers intelligent solutions for capturing, managing and sharing information and images, has selected the Nipendo multi-enterprise collaboration platform to streamline and automate purchase-to-pay processes with the company’s suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Nipendo’s platform for procure-to-pay automation will empower Kodak Alaris to rapidly expand real-time collaboration and process compliance across its global supplier base. The solution will be integrated as part of Kodak Alaris’ implementation of a next-generation cloud-based ERP solution.
”Nipendo’s multi-enterprise collaboration capabilities are the perfect fit to support our transition to cloud architecture for our entire ERP and IT infrastructure,” said John Milazzo, Chief Information Officer, Kodak Alaris. “It provides a seamless extension of our enterprise systems and processes to our supplier ecosystem, helping us improve supply chain agility, compliance, and efficiency.”
Collaboration through Nipendo Supplier Cloud goes beyond simple transaction exchange, allowing organizations to reconcile discrepancies in the cloud and ensure compliance across all supplier interactions, covering all purchases from simple indirect transactions to complex manufacturing contracts with hundreds of line items, partial and drop shipments, and many potential changes throughout the process.
The platform provides suppliers with multiple means of access to real-time exchange of purchase orders, order modifications and acknowledgements, Advance Shipping Notification (ASN), and electronic invoices.
“We are in the midst of a paradigm shift, with the cloud paving the way to all-inclusive buyer-supplier collaboration,” said Nipendo CEO and Co-founder Eyal Rosenberg. “We are proud to work with an organization such as Kodak Alaris that is stepping up to make this vision a reality. This is a win-win proposition for Kodak Alaris and its suppliers, enabling real-time process automation, removing errors and discrepancies, and reducing friction from the global supply chain.”
